Clarion Umeå opened in 2022 and its 14,000 square meters contains 270 hotel rooms, 16 conference rooms, brasserie, rooftop bar and restaurant.

In this project, the choice of materials is important and comes from the locality: glazed brick, glass, wool, steel, slate, copper and wood.

SIFAB has delivered and installed all fixed and loose furniture to the hotel.

Comfort Solna opened in 2021 and is the world's most solar cell densest hotel with 1.5 solar cells per hotel room. The hotel contains 336 hotel rooms and 88 apartments. As the hotel has the greatest focus on the environment, our mission meant delivering interior design with material choices that reflect the environmental focus.

In addition to supplying furniture to the hotel, we also supplied the furniture to Strawberry's Swedish headquarters, which is integrated into the hotel.

Scandic Landvetter opened in 2021 and is the only hotel at Landvetter Airport with a direct connection to the airport terminal.

In the work with Scandic Landvetter, sustainability and circularity have been in focus. The interior is characterized by natural, durable materials that can also be reused during a renovation.

SIFAB has delivered and installed all fixed furniture to the hotel's public areas. 

Clarion SeaU opened in 2021 and is in the best location by the water in central Helsingborg. The opera-like building is Helsingborg's largest hotel with 250 hotel rooms and a congress hall which
holds a whopping 1250 people.

The hotel houses two bars and two restaurants.
